These are required to operate Monesize Desk: authentication, session management, security and fraud prevention, request routing, and remembering your privacy preferences. They operate without optional-cookie consent, and the product cannot function without them.

2. Optional technologies
Optional technologies are grouped by purpose and are never used before you allow the matching category. Monesize Desk does not use advertising, marketing or third-party analytics tracking, so no such categories are listed.
Functional preferences
Remembers non-essential interface choices so the workspace looks the same the next time you return on this device.

3. Your choices
You can review, grant or withdraw optional preferences at any time using . Refusing optional technologies never prevents you from creating an account, signing in or using Monesize Desk. Preferences are stored per browser and device, so you may be asked again on another device. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.
4. Policy versions
This policy carries version 2026-09-01.1. If we introduce a new optional purpose or materially change the technologies used, the version changes and you will be asked for fresh preferences. Minor wording or interface updates do not reset an existing choice.
